After graduating from St George’s University of London BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy in 2013, I worked as a rotational physiotherapist to build a strong foundation and understanding of different areas of physiotherapy. I then specialised by doing Musculoskeletal, Trauma & Ortho and Hand Physiotherapy rotations which was followed by an MSc in Advance Neuro-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King's College London in 2018.
I joined Thurrock Health Hubs in 2019, starting my journey from a junior physiotherapist and working over the years to becoming a part of the senior MSK team thanks to further training in Manual therapy and Joint and Soft tissue Injections. Whilst working in THH, I also worked in a Private hospital where I started as an MSK physiotherapist but soon stepping up as the Physiotherapy Manager and then Nursing Services Manager before leaving in December 2023. I have also worked as a First Contact Practitioner for 2 years between 2021 - 2023.
Outside of work, I enjoy being active, since a young age I have competed at a high level in various sports (Athletics, football, rugby, cricket, volleyball etc) whilst also doing personal training in the gym to ensure I'm able to stay fit and meet the demands of a physical job. This has also enhanced my knowledge of treatment and management for sporting or exercise related injuries.
