About Thurrock Health Hubs

We are a private healthcare provider, founded by clinicians with the mission of delivering the highest standards of care to all. Our goal is to empower our service users to manage their conditions independently.

We are a trusted partner of the NHS and have been providing our range of services to the NHS, GPs and primary care networks since 2014.

Thurrock Health Hubs was launched in 2012/13 as part of the Prime Minister's Challenge Fund scheme to pilot out-of-hours routine GP and nurse appointments across Thurrock during weekends.

Due to the success of this pilot, we were awarded Extended Access services in 2014, allowing us to provide out-of-hours primary care appointments on a 7-day service model.

Since then, we have expanded our services to include:

Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal (MSK) Services
Ultrasound-guided MSK procedures
General Ultrasound
Fully staffed Mobile MRI and CT scan units
Disease Modifying Anti Rheumatic Drugs monitoring services
Osteoporosis clinics with Denosumab injections
Fully staffed mobile Endoscopy suites
