Hari is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and First Contact Practitioner with a robust background in musculoskeletal care. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India and has over 25 years of experience in musculoskeletal outpatient care and orthopaedic hospitals both in the UK and abroad. Since 2005, he has been a senior physiotherapist with the NHS in the UK.
Hari's educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Sports Injury Physiotherapy from Sheffield University, along with several postgraduate courses in spinal/manual therapy and acupuncture. His expertise is in managing complex neck and lower back pain, using techniques such as manual therapy, mobilisation, pain education, and soft tissue manipulation. He excels at creating targeted functional exercise programs that enhance patient independence. Additionally, he is a certified acupuncturist.
As an Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist and First Contact Practitioner, Hari operates within both the physiotherapy department and GP surgeries, administering soft tissue and joint corticosteroid injections. He is also an Independent prescriber. Furthermore, as a musculoskeletal sonographer, he performs ultrasound-guided injections, offering a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
