Gemma has been with Thurrock Health Hubs since creation in 2013. She has been working within the NHS for more than 15 years, working within various organisations such as commissioning organisations, provider organisations, GP practices and community services.
Gemma started working in the NHS covering reception for 2 weeks, since this initial 2-week period has worked her way through various roles within the NHS, gaining experience in many areas, from Receptionist to Managing a multi-site service, with large teams coming together to provide safe and effective services
